I just found this awesome software for making brick designs!
There are tons of diffrent combinations, including some tiles and grout color!
Although it’s for visualizing a product, so it probably should be used for commericial.

Yes - Acme Brick is awesome free software. So, far though, I am unable to get it to run in Linux under WINE.
Here is a tutorial I did on making a brick wall using textures created in Acme Brick.

If you want to generate the brick texture in Blender using a shader, look into PyNodes. There are a couple of brick examples at http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?t=125741 .
