Hey, I’m wondering if there’s some way to “glue” objects together so they don’t come apart to a point. This is related to my question about snapping springs. I want to put a combination of objects together that come apart if the collision energy is too great.
You could always animate a constraint influence.
That’s a good idea, but when the object is to simulate something happening when I don’t know whether it will happen it defeats the purpose of manually making it happen by animating the constraint. It’s possible I don’t understand what you were getting at, because I’m a novice. ( ? )
Is this a conceptual exercise, or are you trying to fullfill some shot requirements?
