I see this your first post hrere on these forums…so let me be the first to tell you.
Your request is pretty ludicrous. Unless you offer pay, that is. On the other hand, you could use google to find tons of tutorials on how to draw 2d anime and how to model anime characters, and then adapt your knowledge to whichever character you wish to do.
