GPU renders SSS as black.

I am using a GTX 770m and whenever an object has SSS as the material it renders as black. SSS works fine when rendering with the CPU. I even tried it in a mix shader with diffuse. With the GPU it mixed diffuse with black and with CPU it mixed diffuse with SSS.

The GPU works fine on everything else (haven’t tried hair yet though). I’m running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

SSS cycles rendering has not yet been implemented on the gpu. You’ll have to use the cpu only to render it.

Ok, I thought I read somewhere that the released it for GPU also. That must have been in a roadmap or something.
