I am having trouble with the graph editor to make it linear in blender 2.8

In the graph editor, select the keyframes you want to make linear, then press T, and click on Linear under Interpolation.

But when i select only 1 keyframe and doing the same process its making only half of the graph linear. The other half is stil bezier.
