What do you think of this hybrid Graphics cards that come with built in small liquid cooling setup?
If the Cycles is gonna run 1 week, will the liquid boil in radiator?
What about noise levels? I read about how with air cooling only in warm room, one must turn fans all the way up and it gets noisy.
Nvidia next gen GPU Pascal is due out in July, it supposedly be a lot faster than Maxwell.
If you’re going to run a GPU @ 100% load 24/7 for a week, I doubt the radiator will help much. It’s designed for gaming to handle 100% load for hours, not days. Google “render farm setup”, you’ll find the answer there.
Good point. I will use my old card and wait few months.
Was leaning towards nVidia GTX 970 anyways because it’s cooler card.
Can’t wait what Pascal brings.
