i used to be able to open blender before i formatted my pc
i installed all necessary stuffs such as dotnet, graphics card and so on
but now i only get a windows crash after opening for 2 seconds
im using intel hd 4000 graphics and windows 7 64bit please help
edit: im using steam version and also tried standalone version also tried 2.8 to present all are crashing
