Because there is some “greater” re-structuring of the website in the work… and to do this “nice and good” this takes some… work and time…
Things might get “quicker” (because there would be more “freedom” to do so) when this website is more supported:

→ Actual monthly support ~78 EUR
And now compare this to “simple” server costs (which might be not enough)… some fees for technical service of the forum software and for exampe the time to answer “urgent” question. Just think about it
