how did you do this? The pattern on the surface, I mean? I’m really new obviously

I played around with noise, voronoi, and wave textures while also using them to influence multiple materials mixing. A lot of playing around with different settings (there might be a more efficient method for the same result). I’ve attached my node layout for reference.
