Hi I whiped up something, in continuing with my depressing teenage style I made this
NOTE: I know the blanket need to be subsurfaced, I will edit this post once it is finished re rendering

The scene looks somewhat flat to me. It needs more character. Maybe change the lighting or something.
some comping would be nice, its a great start. Other than that, the blanket looks very stiff
gregzaal, I is already composited, I don’t want to add any fancy effects apart from things that actually add to the mood
I’m talking about colour balance/desaturation, focal blur and vignette - those will all add to the depressing feeling
