i can create a new group in 2.5 with the space bar or Ctrl-G

but how do you add new object to this group?

and then how can you see all objects from a group?

Either:
Select the object then shift select an object already in the group you want to add it to. Then Shift+Ctrl+G
or
Repeat above but use the Object / Group menu to add it to the group
or
Select your object then in the Object / Groups settings, press the Add to Group button and select the group you want to add it to

and then how can you see all objects from a group?

In the Outliner window change the view from the default All Scenes to Groups. This will show all your groups and all the objects in each group.
or
Select one object in the group and use Shift+G / Group to select all the objects in that group.

ok but normally when you select in viewport one of the group’s object
all theses objects in group are supposed to be green which i don’t see

but each object seem to be part of that group in object panel!

so why all objects in group are not shown as being green likie in 2.49!

also don’t see this group thing in outliner !

This “group thing” in the outliner is the filter section. Where it says “All Scenes” click the drop down and select Group.
