Very moody, I like it a lot. Nice choice of colour palette, imho green-red is a bit of a criminally underused pair of complementary colors. 
Is the fog volumetric or postpro?

I also like green-red combo a lot, I was even afraid to overdo the contrast between them two here.
Most of the fog here is volumetrics, with some gradient texture usage to control background-foreground fog. I did add something later on photoshop though, but that’s not the bulk of it.
