I updated Nvidia GRD v441.87 driver on Win10 a few days ago, all is well until I today when noticed it took a while to render an After Effects animation. After some testings, GTX 1080 Ti was running 80% clock speed while idling, no other programs are running in background.
A clean install of same driver didn’t fix it, but a clean install of Nvida Studio driver v441.66 did. So if you have a GTX 1080 Ti, check its idling clock speed. I think the latest GRD driver has bugs for 1080 Ti.
