Here is the card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125770&cm_re=gtx_960--14-125-770--Product
title is wrong, it’s a 960*.
I will be rendering animations at 720p, pretty much noise free.
what do you guys think? How well will it do?
Hi, the 960 is a mid class card but is should be much faster than a small i7. The card is a bit limited by its 2 GB VRAM, depends on your workflow. You can compare cards and your CPU with the benchmark files to get an idea about performance.

Cheers, mib
Files are in the first post.
go with reference design cooler if possible for rendering
it disipates heat more efficiently and out the back of the case
windforce leaves hot air inside the case. not good for multiple cards
