Guitar — with .blend file

(humphrey) #1

This is a guitar that I created.
I built it from a tutorial.
This was a great tutorial for learning complex numbering.
If you want, I could probably find the link to it.
You are welcome to take and use the .blend file if you want.
But if you do, could you email me, message me, or reply to this post.
Thanks.

Oh. yeah, about the jaggered edges, I hear that is a problem with the 2.23 OS X version of blender. I’m looking forward to the public release of 2.25 which should solve the problem.

OR CHECK OUT valarking’s RENDERING OF IT BELOW

Cheers

Good model…

oh, yes, about the jaggered edges… ever tried to push the OSA button in the rendering window

It works even in 2.23…

That is with the OSA button depressed. You don’t want to see how jaggered it otherwise

Nice work. Very good model.

The OSA problem with the OSX version is a definite must fix when blender is released. The OSX version was just released not long before all the crap hit the fan and blender.nl shutdown. The OSX version had some definite flaws.

Keep on going though, it can only go up hill from here!

If you have no osa then try rendering with a little mblur… should smoothe it right out. Good model, how about some wood textures?
