I started to play with the new hair node system since the first release around the v. 3.3.
I had big expectations on the v. 3.5. I need to get used to this new workflow again, but it looks promising as a system.
I have noticed some inconsistency with the grooming, where sometimes the brush works at full strength, and other times the brush has almost no effect on my selections. I made a little video for my repro steps. Side note, the grooming worked just fine until version 3.4.1, but since 3.5 there’s something strange about his behavior.
I’m hoping someone can tell me more about this, I don’t know if it’s a known problem or if I’m doing something wrong, but I haven’t found much about it so far.
