This is my first post here and I am not sure I post this question in right category.
I need semi high-poly, or low-poly but realistic (Not cartoon) hair cards for 3d characters.
I understand how to create it in blender, however, it takes a lot of time for me and sometimes the result is not good enough… Is there any recommended place where we can get various hair cards or buy it with a good price?

Well, there’s the Daz 3D store - but that’s only for their characters, not sure how relevant that is to you. It’s also not quite clear to me how high res or not specific assets on their store actually are (before purchase).
Apart from that - never heard of such a thing. You better get used to making your own or paying a freelancer to do so ($$$$).
Make sure you’ve checked out some of the addons for doing hair too, they’re pretty amazing
