Hair -> crash

win10(64), GTX670, latest daily builds

Easy to reproduce:

  1. Apply hair to the startup cube.
  2. Go into particle edit and edit the parents.
  3. Tap TAB on the keyboard repeatedly to switch modes.
  4. Blender will crash.

Can you confirm?

Yes, I noticed this about a month ago and I think it has even been reported.

I cannot reproduce on linux with a Titan Black.

I have not found any earlier reports, but it is possible I have missed something. I made an entry yesterday, but so far nobody replied.
