Im trying to make animal fur with a custom diffuse map which is basiacally simple colour map but everytime i render it out the actual fur colour is washed out and fainter than the texture colour. Ive tried multiple kinds of lighting and hdris to see if lighting had an impact on it, ive changed the rougness and settings of the hair shader but no matter what the fur is always fainter than it should, so orange would appear a washed out yellow etc. What could be causing this and is it foxable without changing the actual texture map.
