I hope I’ve posted this in the correct part… For my character I want to add some hair using the particle system. The only problem is whenever I set my density to the part of the mesh I want, when I enter object mode my blender lags and then the hairs all shoot backwards along the Y axis. They even pass through the mesh as if it wasn’t there. If I go into particle edit mode first, I can put the hair the way I want it, but when I enter object mode they do the same and shoot back along the Y axis.
Any ideas to what the problem could be? I looked at the settings and there is no influence on the Y axis.
