Hair sims messing up when I move the arms

1. i think there’s something problem with weight paint, try to blur it.
2. that deform is not normal, the clavicle should be lifted when you raise that arm, unless that’s not arm.
3. if you lift the upperarm without clavicle, the hair on the clavicle weighted area wil not move
