I have a model that I made today and only certain hair layers are working. The tail and chest fur aren’t working with hair dynamics, but the head and cheek fur is. They stretch from their original position to wherever the mesh is now, with only the roots moving. I’ve checked the fur weight paint and updated all my graphics drivers but nothing is working. Does anyone know how to fix this?
What happens If you shade flat the emitter ?

I can’t right this second, but the armature is above the particle systems

It stays in place and doesn’t stretch, but it doesnt move with the rig at all.
when you simulate make sure to delete the previous cache manually in your folder
