Hi all! I wanted to make something funny for this year’s Halloween so here’s the result. Originally I wanted to make a looped animation with this ghost character and his “Boo!” sign but then things got out of control and I ended up making this short animation instead. I don’t usually animate characters, so the ghost’s movements could be better. I wanted to create a good atmosphere, something funny and spooky. I wanted to make it look like a TV show from the '90s that is inspired by horror classics from the '40s. The castle is a fan art of the castle from a Bugs Bunny episode.
I did all the modeling, lighting, rigging etc. using Blender 2.90, then rendered with Eevee.
