halo planes - driving me MAD!

alright, ill keep it short and simple

so i have a texture on a plane (alpha texture) and i want the plane to always face the camera using halo, but halo dosent work, the plane either disappears or gets a weird rotation. the plane is parented to another object though so it follows the other object, but i cant get it to face the camera.

By default the plane is facing to Z+, but Halo face point towards Y+ (I think) to make it visible you will have to enter edit mode on your halo, and rotate it so it faces Y+.

If I’m wrong put the viewer on wireframe and play the game, and rotate the plane on edit mode till it’s oriented correctly.
