Has the amature deformation and item parented to a bone latency ever been fixed?

As far as I can tell this is a persistent problem with the Blender game engine- has it ever been fixed?

When you play an animation, an object that is parented to a bone, will appear out of sync with a mesh that is deformed by that same armature.

Nope, still there. use upbge, they fixed it there.
