It’s mostly for the dutch folk I think… but BNN (A dutch tv station) has just added a broadband portal to their site, or they are about to. And they are looking for interesting/fast/cool 1 or 2 minute films. Perhaps if you have something lying around you’d like them to post, would be good promotion for yourself.
