I bought two models, already with textures and animation. However, on rendering, all colors, textures and details are lost.
What can be the problem and how to fix it? If possible, please help me step-by-step.

if you imported from some other format, you will probably need to change all the materials by hand.
look at the textures that come in your package, and see if your materials have all of them in the right place.
As I can see, all texture files are in right places. What else can be the case?
which render are you using, or which one are you planning to use?
For what i see, your models look fine, and the materials have alreay the mapping in place…
The main problem is the render engine, as you must use different approaches depending in the render engine you are going to use.
