I recorded some video using windows media encoder and I’m trying to import it in VSE. The recorded video is a wmv file about 9 seconds long at 30fps. When imported into VSE, it’s still 9 secs, but it padded to 1000fps. Why is this happening? (2.78c)
Never mind. It seems WME is the one doing that for reasons unknown even though it’s been set to 30FPS.
The codec that WME uses could have a variable frame rate, Blender DOES NOT like this. Try transcoding it to a more regular version.
