Having One Character Follow Another

Hello Fellow Blender People,

I am working on a FPS game and I need to know how I can have one character constantly move towards another even while it is moving until it is a certain distance away. So, for example, and enemy is attacking me, it has no ranged attacks so it comes towards me, and if I move, it follows until it gets, say, one inch from me. How could I do this using logic blocks? Thank You.
