having problem with Automatic weights, “failed find solution for one or more bones”, same problem with both manual and rigify.

Your mesh can’t have any mesh errors. Assuming this is the case the automatic weighting can crap out if your mesh is relatively dense which means the vertices are close to each other in worldspace.
The solution to this is to temporarily scale up your armature and mesh, parent with automatic weights and afterwards reset scale. This will make it easier for the automatic weighting algorithm to do its thing.
