having some issues baking normals

hey guys, first post sorry if I’m in the wrong spot or do the wrong thing, I’v bin working on a game for a little bit now in blender sculpting the doing retop in blender when it comes to baking I’m not sure why but my results are terrible.

Because its for a game I would like to mirror the uv’s if possible but honestly iv never done something like this any help you guys have would be awesome the blend file should be attached
