HDRI does'nt show

I’m using blender 2.75 and the HDRI loads in blender but when I go to the rendered view there are are all sorts of opaque colors when I move the MMB.
I also tried changing it from ‘Equirectangular’ from ‘Mirrorball’ and also changed a few other options.
Any solutions would be appreciated.

Ensure you are in perspective view and not orthographic view (Numpad 5)
