HDRI - Separate Intensity for Sky and Scene

Hey,
it may be a rookie question, but still I cannot find any reasonable solution.
I am using hdri from HDRI Haven and I face an issue: my scene is illuminated correctly but at the same time the sky texture is extremely overexposed.
Is there any way to reduce intensity of sky itself, without reducing the intensity of scene illumination?
For instance, to have scene lighted by hdri on strength 1.2 but sky as on strenght 0.4?

In “Strength” input of background/emission shader you can input those nodes

A defines strength of elumination of objects
B defines strength of elumination of sky
