Whats the easiest and best way to use a HDRI image on a background for my scene? Im trying to use Blender withYafaray.

Basically you load the image in Blender’s World texture Channels and then enable the “Texture” Background setting (as well as the “IBL” Button) in the Yafaray exporter script, as explained above. That’s it.
