Nice work, you might want to make the nostrils holes a bit smaller, it looks like he’s taking a massive breath in through his nose at the moment. The neck looks a bit odd, I don’t know if you’re still working it or what, but maybe give him an adams apple? Lastly, you’ll notice if you look in the mirror that above the nostrils, where the nostril hits the face, there is a little crease there. But other than that, good shape.
here are some suggestions. look at the image I tried to show it as best as I can.
The neck is way to small. and the nose looks odd. If it’s a woman you don’t need an adam’s apple. You also need to exagerate the jaw. The upper eyelid should be more “round”. The topology looks good so far - the only criticism there is the traingle at the nose (I marked it on the front view). try to avoid triangles.
But defenitly a nice start and really nice modelling. Keep up the good work
and give the poor head some cyber colegen. it has lizard lips. round them out abit to make the fuller. dosn’t have to be jessica alba or angelina jolie, but a little more lips would be nice.
He is starting to look like the guy out of hitman now and that is good, not that, that was what I was trying to do, I might as well keep that look.

ooh it sneaked right past me i never saw it, fixed it now. plus most of the other stuff you said(i hope so anyway.
In my opinion the side view looks pretty good now, but the front looks funny still.
(a little of topic) heres something funny: its all the heads ive modelled:o, in order of the age: http://boxstr.com/files/2437168_wbuwc/progress.jpg
Most of my criticism lies around the eye. For one thing the shape of the eye socket (as seen through the curve of the eyebrow) is wrong, it should have more of a ‘sad’ look than an ‘angry’ one.
The photo there should show what I mean fairly accurately.
The eyeball itself seems sunk too far back, too–maybe just moving it have a centimetre or so forward would help.
And there’s a fairly important part of the eyelid’s make-up missing–a strip of fat that sits in the upper outer part of the eye socket and finishes outside it. If you touch that area of your eye, you should feel it as a soft spot above and toward the outside of your eye, and in a mirror you should see it as a place on your head where the line of the eyesocket blends in and almost becomes invisible in the same place.
