head modeling help (how mirrow could be usefull)

while i work on a head and i hate not to have a mirrow function like in wings which does not work on XP at the moment for what reason how ever

but…

if you build one head side alt+d it flip it you have a mirrowed instance on the other side which refects all modifications of the other side.

alter after a join mesh and remove duplicates the head is fine together without those annoying connection lines at the middle of the face.

hope someone could find that usefull!
