The only thing I’d consider changing would be the color of the background, and that’s only if you DON’T want the viney bits to blend in so much on first glance.
I like this image! It’s really cool. I think it would be nice though to maybe have the ‘vines’ creeping up on the heart a bit more though, and I’d edit the top half of the heart to give it more sharpness.
