The overall think looks really well done! :yes: The top part is really good (at least that’s what I think)
Now, the emission “tube” that wraps around the spear bothers me a bit. It looks kind of like one of these plastic fluorescent thingies you have at parties, and I’m not sure this is what you’re trying to make. I don’t really know what you could do about that, maybe tweak this material settings a bit?
Also, I would probably see the metallic part with a little bit more silverish?
Anyways, great job! 
I agree with TrakJohnson, the tube does look a bit awkward. Maybe it would be better if you spread it more uniformly and added more details, such as carvings or light leaking from some spots. Otherwise a pretty nice model.
