HEEELP!! Can I reset a UV map??...

Aaargh!! This thing drove me crazy for almost two hours…but I gave up… :<

I UV mapped a flat mesh to apply displacement to, but in the mean time I found some errors in the mesh and added/deleted some faces/edges/vertices.

Now the mesh is fine, but the whole UV-map is screwed up! I can’t find a reset key for the UV-map neither can I delete the mesh in the UV-image…Even if I duplicate the mesh the UV is there…

How to reset the UV-map or open a new one??? I’m friggin’ desparate, I’m NOT gonna start all over… :frowning: :frowning:

You mean deleting the UV-coordinates? Go to the Edit buttons and press the button “Delete” next to “Texface”. (next to “Slowerdraw”)
