A tribute to my favorite beer, Heineken. Everything is modeled in Blender. The tree stump is sculpted using MultiRes modifier. Dirty Vertex Colors are used to make the crevices look more prominent.
For the lighting setup, I have used a basic 3 point lighting system, that is 3 planes with emission shader on them. The ‘Key light’ and ‘Fill light’ have very low intensity, while the ‘Back light’ provides most of the light for this scene.
The moon is rendered in a different Render Layer. Compositing is done in photoshop.
