See my hell post below for more info on the first pic, but this post is about the second pic (down the bottom). I know the texture on the foreground is too bland, and the background is bland, but I would like to get your thoughts on it besides those two points. I would especially like to get your opinions on the spider, as I am quite happy with the way he turned out.

Soooo… the devil is a huge black arachnid? :< And otherwise the hell is so reddish? Well, who would have guessed. Maybe blending some other colors on that fiery color map?
Those soul rows look very good. The big black spider looks very good and no complanits from that smller one. quite good.
cool! and scary too! 
i would suggest to save in a better quality image or not use jpgs, but pick another format. you’re getting some weird “blockiness” around the edges of the flying demons, and the spikes of the ground in the satan-spider pick.
