I have tried to uninstall reinstall… tried versions 2.90 2.91 and 2.92 also 2.83

this is last debug output

How did you update to the latest drivers?
Check if this is the correct page for your HP envy 360:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-m6-aq100-x360-convertible-pc/12499188/model/13475171

And for the AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphins 2.00GHZ 8.00 GB RAM : Usually the first thing to try is to install the lastest graphics driver from ATI/AMD to see if the problem is fixed there (instead of updating drivers via Device Manager).

It’s clearly related to atio6axx.dll ( graphics driver from ATI/AMD)
Not sure if this old thread is useful, but it’s related: https://developer.blender.org/T27853

Awesome thanks for your input! It is an HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0023dx And I used the AMD Radeon software tools to update the drivers… should I do that a different way? Thanks again for you help… chomping at the bit to get started.

Well I installed the driver straight from HP and still no good… hmmph

This is a shame… it was working fine and i was actually getting the hang of it something I have been attempting and failing at for man years! (Would like to thank Andrew Price for that) . But now this! dang nabit
