Hello, I have black Edges and Vertex when smooth.

Hello, I’m new in Blender (sorry for my english)

I try to smooth the face I created according to this:

but when I smooth it’s look like this:

You can see the black Vertexes and the Edges.

I don’t this there is double beacause I tried to zoom and I cant see anything and it’s look fine.

what is the problem? can I fix it in an easy way?

Select all vertices and
Remove any doubles (W / remove doubles)
Recalculate face normals (Ctrl+N)
