I am trying to composite for my first time my masking video. I cannot get the render I want that shows in the Viewer Node View of the Image Editor. The final render is just the film clip without any edits. I believe one of the editors/settings is taking priority over the compositor. See the below clip. There is no output node so rendering should not work but the video still renders out (untouched of courese.) for me (???) Hope this is not too hard to follow. Thank you.
Tyypically there is a Composite Node choose here Add → Output → Composite… The Viewer Node is to view anything in you nodesetup and display for example in the backdrop (enable in the sidebar … ) if you don’t want to open an extra view (like you did).
