I’m making an animation of a bird flying through smoke in Unity and am wondering if I should animate in Blender or find a particule system asset in Unity that can simulate the turbulence. The bird would be the collider object and it would be flying through a recently burnt field with ash/smoke floating in the air.
Has anyone out there used both Unity and Blender and have any tips on which platform to focus on? Is there an asset out there that would mimic the wingtip vortices of a bird flying through smoke? Can this be done with the Shuriken particle system? Or are there any existing Blender tutorials for this kind of thing out there that I can start with
Would appreciate any pointers in the right direction. Thank you!
