HELP! Blender 2.78a UI is pretty slow and laggy

Hello Blender community!
I’m starting with Blender because probably I’m going to work in a project with this software, i wanted to practice the basics before starting some complex stuff, but my problem is that when I just open blender it’s all laggy and slow, i can’t drag the little cube freely, it takes a lot of time.

Does anyone else have this problem? How can I solve it?

My computer is a Lenovo Y50
Windows 10
Nvidia Geforce GTX 860M
Intel Core i7
8 GB RAM

I had similar problem with Blender 2.78 and Nvidia GTX 860M on my laptop (Acer Aspire V15 Nitro). When graphic driver choices Nvidia card for blender.exe, it was realy slow and useless (slow UI, even with empty scene). So I set up graphic driver to use integrated graphic (Intel I7 HD Graphics 4600) and everything is fast and OK. So something is wrong with UI graphics acceleration.
