HELP - Cell fracture problem (too many debug points)

Hi everybody,

I’m presently trying to build a sandglass full of cracks (by using the add-on “cell fracture”).
My problem is that almost every part / crack turns into a debug point, or a kind of cross / axes.

Two screenshots show the current state of the project and the other one an auto save version.

The other screenshot is about the difference of both size files.
Maybe I used the addon too many times ? Or also, is there a smarter way to get what I want ?
