With so little info supplied in you post do I have to assume you are talking about using the HairNet addon ?
The error says you mesh guides have different lengths.
If they have different lengths then change them so they are the same
From the addon notes
Each point on a curve will be transcribed to a guide hair. The curve’s starting point will be the hair guide’s starting point. All curves used to create a single hair system must have the same number of vertices.
No blend file supplied for review so you’re the only person who can check this
