HELP: jagged object in render when adding noise texture to displacement or bump

I’m literally getting crazy with this problem. I exported this scaffolding from Rhino in .obj format and then I imported it in Blender. My intention was to add some noise texture to the surfaces to get a black paint effect. I really can’t understand why when I add the texture as bump or displacement the model becomes jagged.

You need a displacement node right before displacement socket like this:

However in your case, I suggest to use bump node like this:
