Well, that’s actually a really big ask, due to the fact that there is far more than just modeling involved in creating a 3d scene. You have to understand modeling, texturing, lighting and a few other bits and bobs to get something looking decent.
Mind if I ask how long you’ve been using blender? While I wait for you to answer I’ll go and hunt some good links down. Expect another post soon.
well, I’ve just started using blender month ago and found out it is really hard to understand how it work. I’ve tried to use the video tutorial but seem it is more complicated than I’ve expected. i could n’t find any video tutorial about creating a room. I need to use it in order to do my final project. My supervisor suggest me to use this software.
Ok, I’ve found some links for you. This is a series of videos that highlight some of the basic concepts behind Blender. It’s the best I’ve seen for beginners, so I highly recommend you watch them:

I also recommend watching Modeling a 608 Bearing by Robert burke. He highlights a lot of fantastic workflow methods that will really help you:
And lastly, more specific to what you are asking for, here’s modeling a 3d house, by Vaclav Chaloupka:
There’s a few hours of viewing right there, have fun!
hey yux,
you could also get this book:
Please note that on amazon.com, the book has only one review which marked it with two stars and although the review is well written, the book deserves much much better than a two start rating!
If i was you, I’d use it as a guide for what you need to do and show your supervisor what you’re made of! That and the video tutorials M@dcow suggested should get up up to speed in a few weeks and then you can teach us something … or at least me anyway ![]()
From the link above you can find towards the bottom of the page:
What you will learn from this book
Build detailed and realistic models of buildings, furniture, and …
Isn’t this exactly what you’re after?
thanx and wish me luck
keep visiting this forum. and don’t hesitate to ask. there are a lot of helpful people around here.
